Shipping and Returns


  1. We generally ship orders 1-3 business days after the payment has cleared.
  2. All items are inspected against defect during production and are carefully packed before shipping.
  3. We will ship according to the shipping address provided, please notify us (customer.service[at] any address change as early as possible.
  4. We cannot guarantee that we process the address change email before the shipment is made. Therefore, the best way to avoid address problems is to make sure the shipping address is correct when the order is placed.

Customs Duties and Taxes

  1. You are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes on your order. This includes, but not limited to, Customs duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company and/or the Customs.
  2. Customs rules are quite different in different countries. In case special handling of the shipment is needed, (i.e. special Customs declaration), please write in the “Note” section when you place the order.

Shipping Options

1. Free Shipping by Postal Registered Airmail

Shipping by Postal Registered Airmail is free of charge. It normally takes 7-25 business days (not guaranteed). The package is trackable. However, the time efficiency is not very stable. And the tracking is not as good as the commercial courier companies such as DHL. It is suitable for small packages which are not urgently needed. Please DONOT choose this option if the time schedule is tight.

2. Expedited Shipping by DHL/EMS

DHL/EMS are 2 expedited services we selected. The shipping time by DHL/EMS is generally stable. They are both trackable. And the cost is $25 most of the time. However, extra charge may apply for remote areas (i.e. rural or difficult to access locations). We always charge $25 at first. And in case the courier company defines you address as remote area, we will hold your order and contact you for further decision.

  • DHL generally takes 3-7 business days (not guaranteed). It is relatively faster for European countries. We normally choose DHL for European customers.
  • EMS generally takes 4-8 business days (not guaranteed). We normally choose EMS for non-European customers.


  • We only accept returns of unmodified products, within 30 days of receipt.
  • Please contact us via contact form prior to sending any returns back to us.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • If for any reason the package is returned by the courier company (e.g.  incorrect address information) or by the Customs (e.g. failed to pay Customs duties when applicable), the customer could choose between refund and reshipment.
    • In the case of refund, the shipping cost (i.e. $0 for free and $25 for DHL/EMS) together with $10 handling fee has to be deducted from the refund.
    • In the case of reshipment, $10 handling fee will be charged.
